Terms & Conditions for Rentprompts.ai

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Rentprompts.ai, a web-based AI Application Builder Platform (“Service”) provided by CREX Rentprompts Pvt. Ltd. (“Rentprompts,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our platform, you (“User” or “Enterprise”) agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional guidelines or policies that may be posted on the platform.

2. Eligibility

To use Rentprompts.ai, you must:

  • Be an enterprise, individual, or organization with the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  • Be authorized to onboard team members and manage enterprise-level applications and resources.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines in India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and its amendments.

3. Account Registration and Access

To access the platform and its features, individuals or enterprises must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information during the account registration process.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your team’s access credentials.
  • Monitoring and controlling access to your account and activities on Rentprompts.ai.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

4. Usage Rights

Upon registering with Rentprompts.ai, the individual or enterprise is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the platform to build AI applications for internal use within their organization. You may:

  • Onboard team members to the platform.
  • Create AI applications, including private applications not visible to the public.
  • Recharge the account and purchase Joule Coins for consumption by your team members.

5. Joule Coin and Account Recharge

Enterprises may recharge their account with Indian Currency or USD funds, which will be converted into Joule Coins. Joule Coins can be consumed by team members to create and utilize AI applications within the platform.

You acknowledge that:

  • The value of Joule Coins is 1 Rupee = 1 Joule, and you must ensure there are sufficient funds in your account for the consumption of Joule Coins.
  • Any recharges are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash unless otherwise specified.

6. Data Security and Privacy

Rentprompts.ai employs industry-standard security measures to safeguard data. However, as a platform provider, we cannot guarantee 100% security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your data and ensuring that any applications you create comply with relevant data protection laws.

7. Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of the data, AI models, applications, and any other content (“Enterprise Data”) you upload or create on Rentprompts.ai. By using the platform, you grant Rentprompts.ai a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your Enterprise Data for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.We do not use your data to train models.

Rentprompts.ai does not claim ownership of your data, and your data remains your property.

8. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform to create or distribute applications that violate applicable laws or infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise manipulate the platform’s underlying code.
  • Share or resell the services provided by Rentprompts.ai to any third parties.

9. Termination

Rentprompts.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform in case of:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Fraudulent, unlawful, or unethical activities.
  • Non-payment for recharges or Joule Coin consumption.

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account, and any remaining balance of Joule Coins may be forfeited.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CREX RentPrompts Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the platform, your Enterprise Data, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CREX RentPrompts Pvt Ltd. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, application errors, compensation or system failures.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be Indore, India.

13. Changes to Terms

Rentprompts.ai reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. All changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the platform after such changes constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Rentprompts takes the security of your data seriously and employs industry-standard security practices to protect your personal and enterprise data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure, and you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Rentprompts does not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share data under the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may engage third-party vendors to perform services related to the platform, such as payment processing or cloud hosting. These service providers are required to safeguard your data.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose your data if required by law or in response to legal processes (e.g., subpoenas or court orders).

5. Data Retention

We will retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the services. Once you terminate your account or request data deletion, we will securely delete or anonymize your data, except as required for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes.
